Found it.
Under Configuration->Product Listing
Set DISPLAY PRODUCT IMAGE to 1
Set DISPLAY PRODUCT NAME to 2
Now I have the Image in the top of the card followed by the item name. I knew this was simple, I just could not for the life of me remember where.
