New Surplace Payment module

Hello,
I have the above problem when the order total seems to be above a certain value (I havent found out what this is yet but it looks like 10,000). It seems to not be an option above a certain threshold.
Looking through the code there doesnt seem to be anything in the code that disables it, so Im guessing its controlled by some order total elsewhere?

Any light anyone can shed on this is appreciated.

I'm unfamiliar with the Surplace payment module, but I'll suggest asking the author if there's such a restriction.

Is it the payment module provided in Japanese Language Pack?
If so it as only 3 conditions to be activated: Shipping module should be storepickup, products in cart should not be all virtual and client address must be in set zone if one is set.
You should give more information about your environment/setting/version if you want help...

Thanks for the replies, it was a cash on collection module not native to V2.1, and I managed to fix it. No, not part of the language pack.
V2.1 is a bit good isn't it :)
