Restored Database

version 2.1.0 upgrade from 2.0.0 PHP version 8.3
The upgrade went horribly wrong and i've had to restore the old database as the new one is blank after it didn't see a database prefix...
Now, i'm in need of the database changes from version 2 to 2.1
It seems the authentication has changed possibly as i can't login, even with a forgot password. i receive the email with the temp password but i can't log in with it.
is there a script to run database changes only? and possibly not need to be logged in at the time???
i have access to phpmyadmin

Thank you for getting back to me, i ended up pulling old files back and doing the whole upgrade again, it was successful this time - the importance of backups :)
