I have two sites running the same ZC-2.1.0 and one of them has a button where the customer can click on (Ask a Question) button and it send me an email where I know what product they are talking about. It is pretty neat. I have it working on one site but not on the other. Does anyone know where I can enable this? I have looked every where I could think.

Look at Admin > Catalog > Product Types > your-product-type > Layout Settings and be sure
Show "Ask a Question" button?
