Need help after upgrade zen cart

We just upgrade the zen cart from 2.0.1 to V2.2.2. everything look OK, except on the mobile view the categories menu not show ALL. Missing (New Products, all products, information), also on ADMIN Page, the Plugin Manager is not show up the new plugin (even the new plugin it's inside the folder)

The Plugin Manager issue looks like there might be a debug-log in the /logs directory that will identify the source of the issue.

But on the logs folder, there no Debug Log Files.

Does the "All Products" display at the bottom of the "Categories" list in the non-mobile view?

This is turned on and off in Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Categories Box - Show Products All Link

On the pc browser everything works normal , only happen on mobile views.
