Is the any such plugin for this?

I saw that news, and I don't think there is any plugin.
Can we flesh out here EXACTLY what needs to happen with that button?
Regarding a store selling physical products, does it just mean cancel my (unsent) order or does it mean collect the products I have received for a refund?

Is there something more appropriate, or does this need to be resurrected:

Unfortunately, lots of new regulations will be applied in Europe this year.
Aside the above button, there is although the EU warranty label and guarantee label that will need to be on products packages but although on products pages for online shops, starting in September.
There is too, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) in August, that will require some registration... But this one should not impact Zen Cart.
Plus few other stuffs...
@Shop Suey, I can't see your implementation of the button, it seems I am blocked as I get an HTTP 403 error.
Yes, I disallow via 403
Sorry for that.
Need to keep it clean
Only for EU and only for clean networks allowed

I understand if you want to limit your bussiness to Europe (although the "clean network" part is limit insulting) but how do you achive that? You know that most of the ip addresses are not geographically attributed. Perhaps I should not ask, I feel it might be a long discussion and I don't want to hijack this thread.
1) Thanks for sharing that repository, a great help!
2) >Only for EU and only for clean networks allowed:
I'm blocked from Spain.

can you tell me your ISP please.
I will extend the allowed IP range.
I meanwhile am adding the official IP ranges from TELEFÓNICA, ORANGE ESPAÑA and VODAFONE ESPAÑA.

Sorry for the wording.
Clean was not intended for any countries or regions.
It was not my intention to offend anyone.
Clean was meant I need to keep my machine clean from hackers.
I got >30.000 connects from outside the EU daily.
BTW: I modified the Button language array because I'm using 4 languages in the shop but the Button comes with a if else array for 2 languages.
