Greatings all,

Zen cart 2.1.0
Bootstrap 3.7.8

I recently moved the site to a new host and i noticed that when i update an order no email is sent out to the customer, even though email is checked, also when sending email to customers with abandoned carts. I get an error says:


ERROR: Failed sending email to: "customer name" with subject: "Order Update #26470" SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: customer######################:
Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. ms.srv107.hosting_company.com (www.my domain.com) [Server IP Address]:41382 is not permitted to relay
through this server without authentication.


I also get:
Success: Order has been successfully updated.
Email sent to customer


A copy of the updated order is recieved in the email address using the domain.


I suspect it is a server problem since the email configurations was never changed.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
