Dual Pricing Version 2

A lot, it would have to be something that could be done dynamically through the admin panel. The client has tons of products and I guess a LOT of wholesalers for specific products... so like I said, if there was just a way for them to click on a registered user and maybe just have checkboxes or dropdowns to select either entire categories, or specific products, that would be easiest.

So I would:

Choose a customer, click "edit wholesale products"
Then be taken to a new page where I could maybe choose like "Product Category" or "Specific Products" and then pick which products they can purchase at wholesale.

I don't program beyond very basic stuff, so I have no idea how difficult this would be. Maybe just extra database fields in the customer tables?

A great big thanx for the developpement of this. A revolution for Zencart. Hopefully it will bring a lot of people over to Zencart. So many people have been going crazy with the Wholesale pricing for osc, CREloaded, oscmax etc... Better than SPPC no doubt...

Just installed dual pricing pre 1.3 and can't get it to work.
I get the check box in the customer but in the product area there is no where to put the wholesale price. It still shows "Tax class, product pricing net and product pricing gross"

Any ideas?

I'm running 1.2.6

Upgrade to 1.3

Dual Pricing 1.3 is meant for v1.3 =)

If not, try to see if there is an older version of dual pricing.

On my 1.2.6 cart I have installed a pre 1.3 version and I can't get it to work.
I also have a 1.3 version I'm setting up to replace my earlier zen cart. I have installed dual pricing 1.3 in this cart and get the same result.
I have obviously missed something when installing it. Does it need to be turned on? If so where would I do this?

Greymouse, did you:

1. Copy all the files over correctly.
2. Run the SQL commands to change the database.

From what I see the problem is... is that you haven't ran the SQL patches.

All in all this is a great contribution...
I have a slight problem with pricing on attributes. For example on one article if price is 10$ and attribute adds 15$ to price. It works perfectly well depending on type of customer logged in. But does not show if not logged in. See example here :

If you select the Kevlar gloves, it shows (+0.00) on attribute pricing and if purchasing it adds the 15 I want it to add. But it should show Kevlar (+15.00)

(Basicaly is only dispaying correct pricing when logged in). Any advice would be appreciated. Maybe this is done on purpose ?

Q. no1 - Is it posible to use % for defining the new prices.

Q. no2 - I have 1000 products and are wondering how to implement DualPricing. I need this mod because the wholesale price is not the same for all the products. What is the best way to implement this mod? Takes a long time to go into each product and set up the new prices.

Q. no3 - Does anyone have experience with this mod and EasyPoppulate?

Has anyone confirmed that this works 100% with 1.3.0.2?

I have a thread going here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...553#post230553 where I'm being told that the dual pricing mod is the first thing under suspicion.

I'm keen to hear if anyone else sees the same error notice that I'm getting in that thread.
