Is there a way to set up "add on" attributes?

I would like to offer gift wrapping for an extra charge, but I don't want to define different quantities for:

Red & gift wrap option 1
Red & gift wrap option 2
Blue & gift wrap option 1
Blue & gift wrap option 2
Green & gift wrap option 1
Green & gift wrap option 2

Only quantities for:

Red
Blue
Green
Gift wrap option 1
Gift wrap option 2

There is a separate gift wrapping mod, but I'm afraid I know nothing about it, or how nicely it plays with this mod.

If this has already been covered in this thread--I apologize. I have searched but can't find info on it.

I want to be able to show the quantity available for each attribute. As it is, it only shows if someone tries to put too much in their cart. I read the wiki article about it:

This is relatively straightforward if you have only a single attribute such as size of color for each product. Code for this is proposed in this archive thread[1]. I did what those posts said to do, but my quantities still aren't showing up next to my attributes. Any ideas?

EDIT: It shows if I switch to radio boxes instead of drop down, but it says:
"4 TEXT_ATTRIBUTES_PIECES" How do I get rid of the "TEXT_ATTRIBUTES_PIECES"?

I figured it out. In the attributes file, search for 3 instances of "TEXT_ATTRIBUTES_PIECES" and change to units or whatever you want it to say.

I looked at post #110 (As did 132)

It referred to a file main_template_vars_attributes.php
in /public_html/includes/modules/pages/product_info

The thing is. I looked into my directory and did not see that file.
Which gets me a little worried. I am thinking I have a different version of this mod.
But seemed to be working fine (Without the modifications I need.)

But I also looked at the new file in the download section and the file was not in that one either.
