No there isn't. I didn't give the double URL's to paypal. I gave them the correct ones.

This is the URL on the "Thank You for the order" page.

Ok well the correct information is being sent to paypal.
the IPN is correct.
OK
make sure that the email address you are using in zen carts paypal module is the one listed in www.paypal.com -> profiles-> email as primary and that it is case correct RED Red and red are different in this case.
also if this is 1.3.0 try deleting the meta_tags.php from
includes/language/english/custom/ and run a test.
this was an issue in 1.3.0 and I believe it was fixed in 1.3.0.1

Yes the email is correct. Like I said I am getting the payments...it just when the customers hits the thank you page the order disappears. I have the lastest version I believe but I will check to see if their are any meta tags.
OK you will get the payments if the email case is not right or if you are using other than the PRIMARY account, however ONLY the primary account accessed with a case sensitive email address will work with the IPN
Your settings are correct.
the urls being sent to paypal are correct,
( dosnt matter what you have in paypal as long as they are ON and there is a valid url in the box ) zen cart sends over rides and yours are correct.
the IPN works,
store is not firewalled
store is not down for maintenance
so its either the email address issue or the meta_tag.php file
Give em both a shot and see if it works for ya
just totally rename the file in question to meta_tags.etc

Ok, I did not know about the primary email thing so I tried making the email that zen-cart is sending to my primary email on paypal. Had no effect. Order still went *poof*
I renamed the meta_tags.php file and that DID work.
Now PLEASE tell me there is a way to fix this so that I can also keep my meta tags. I really dont want the top of my site to say "zen cart" not to mention that I would like to have my key words and the list of files for the robots not to index.
For the time being upload your custom meta_tags into the
includes/languages/english/
and rename the core one to meta_tags.php.bak
this will take care of the issue,
you had a double whammy,
cause if you hadnt done BOTH paypal wouldnt have worked

One more question. My test product was a $1 gift certificate. The order shows up on the admin home page in the "new orders" box on the top right of the page but not in the "orders" box on the bottom left and the gift certificate showed up in the Que but the order does not show up on the Orders page in admin so I can't change the statas of it.
Any ideas?
If I rename the /includes/modules/meta_tags.php to meta_tags.php.bak as suggested, or any other name actually the shop will no long show its pages at all! You can tell from this that I am having the same problem as the original poster, ie no IPN Paypal information is coming back to the shop, and no confirmation email to purchaser.
I am using v1.3.01 my shopping cart URL is in my sig, any help would be appreciated as the shop is now live, thanks.
