Paypal does not show itemized invoice

As of last year when I received an invoice from Paypal I would get an itemized description of each product bought. Now Paypal only gives me total amount of the purchase but I am not able to see what the customer originally bought. Any ideas? Where do I start to look? What could have changed?

At this time, the details of an order do not show on the PayPal email ...

This will be changed in a future release ...

Uhm...I have a copy of a last year paypal invoice with an itemized view of different items and a total and I have a copy of the current view that does not show anything but the totals??

Perhaps you added a change to the code that jeff had posted as a work around for this?

It could very well be. I have picked up this project again for this customer of mine and I believe between last year and now whomever was working on the site modified some files. Now that the zen-cart has changed I am not able to find "downloadable" items like I did before. Where would I be able to find that work that Jeff posted before to get around this issue?
