Hi Doc

Bit of an update. Woke this morning logged into admin as I normally do, when into my user tracking and hey presto no problem I had been having this problem for days and in the end getting very frustrated with user tracking. Now I only patched the mysql with GDorn altered suggestion late last night. Was still having problem. Maybe I had to reboot in order for the patch to work, although I wouldn't have thought so.

I just hope that I haven't spoke too soon!!

Customers are not seeing this as it is only when I try to show user tracking

Not sure as the error log only shows last 300 errors (I got lots error last night lol) as the server went down the last 10 minutes before I got fed up, logged off and went to bed. I have no idea how long it was down for, but it was up and running this morning.

Might consider this resolved for now as it seems to be running like a charm at the moment. But as said earlier it may also be a case of speaking too soon!! We'll see
