I also noticed the minimum requirements for php being 4.3.2, and our php version is 4.3.1, would this make a difference?
if so, what difference and is there a wrokaround before having to upgrade the php engine?
Many thanks
Derek

Hi Ajeh,
Ok i found the problem, it seems if the product has attributes attached the product deletes fine, if it has no attributes it doesn't delete, do you know what could be causing this?
Regarding the zencart/joomla integration and the function problem above, its related to the actual zencart install so what i need to find out is at what point does this try and load and what's then causing the functions not to be loaded, if you know what i mean.
I really need to get this product deletion problem sorted, but i will be upgrading php shortly.
Kind Regards
Derek
Hi Ajeh,
Thanks for your help on this, but we had a major problem last week with a plesk auto-upgrade which meant we needed to re-image the server, so this time we chose to go with Fedora Core which came pre-installed with php version 5.0.4, and the products now delete from the shoppping cart whether they have attributes or not, so it was definately the php version 4.3 we had installed at the time that was the problem, well i assume anyway.
Thanks again
Derek
