Canada Post Module XML Parsing Error

Does the problem happen only with certain products? or with all products?
Do you have some products without attributes? Does it happen with those too?

all my products have attributes....

i'll remove them from one and see what happens

Are there any & or < or > or % symbols in any of: product descriptions, address details (city, street, postal), product details such as price, qty, length, width, height, etc?

Probably best to ask Canada Post what the specific error is. Their support people can see the transaction you're submitting and usually identify what's wrong with the content or preventing the quoting.

ok so i got that fixed...back to my original issue

if someone were to order alot of products i get the following error

Canada Post Canada Post
Too many items to pack.
If you prefer to use Canada Post as your shipping method, please contact the Wam Artistry & Photography via Email.

any and all advise would be helpful

I'd suggest asking CP about that one too, since I'm pretty sure that message is coming from their server.
Maybe you need to configure your box settings in your SellOnline profile differently.
