the question of the watermark

I have installed IH2 in my Zen-cart 1.3.8a(Chinese version) and when i put the watermark on the images.i found that There is a transparent rectangle behind the text.how can i remove this transparent rectangle?

What format are you saving your watermark as......ie: .jpg,.gif,.png????
Did you make sure it has a transparent background?....., as it looks like the "rectangle" is part of the watermark (background).

Did you make more than one watermark, as I see some that are as they should be, and others with the background, as you mentioned?

at the first,I thought it was picture problem.so i change the picture for many times.Finally, I uninstalled the IH2.
and There are still a transparent square in the picture.
so I think it`s not an image problem.
it`s should system file or admin config problem.
