I think you mean to hide the Also Purchased box? To do so I believe you can just go in the Zencart admin to Configuration > Product Info and change the Also Purchased Products per row to 0. I can't recall if there might also be another switch for that.

I got the exact same problem too.
Any one has any idea why?
I got the cross sell and Upsell /Cross Sell Cart mod installed

Does anyone have a copy of the xsell sidebox? I tried looking for a copy of it in the download section, but it no longer exists there.

Currently, the Cross Sell and Cross Sell Advanced works only 1 way: meaing it only cross product A to B, C, D, But not via versa.
I wish that when a customer click on Prduct B, it will be crossed with other related products like
A, C, and D.

Any one has any idea how to make the 2 way cross sell works?

I have cross-sell installed and working, however, if I add more than 3 products it goes to another row. is there something I can do to adjust the columns per row for cross-sell?

I need it to show 4 rows.

I've tried adjusting the following in modules/xsell_products.php:

if (!defined('SHOW_PRODUCT_INFO_COLUMNS_XSELL_PRODUCTS')) define('SHOW_PRODUCT_INFO_COLUMNS_XSELL_PRODUCTS',4); 

However it still shows 3. Any ideas would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance

Just found the solution:

Admin -> Configuration -> Product Info

At the bottom set the option "Cross-Sell Products Columns per Row" to 4 (or whatever you wish.
