That's the confusing part. The only Mod installed on this site is the Magic SEO URL for Zen Cart and the customized Minimum Order solution.

Can you specify what Dual Price file I could look at to determine / solve the problem?

Also, if it makes any difference, no Products are priced by attributes and no Products are linked. Not using Group Pricing either although, previous posts in this thread almost makes it sound like one should.

In my install of DP (I'm using 1.3 beta 3 in Zen 1.3.7) the file which gathers up the info and displays it is ...

admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php

...around line 337.

I've never used Group Pricing, nor am I using either of the other mods you've installed. I have several other mods installed but still DP works fine for me.

Are you using Easy Populate and, if yes, did you use EP to include Wholesale prices (downloading / uploading a spreedsheet) or do you see an entry for Wholesale pricing on the Edit/Add Product page and used that?

I must be getting old -- I actually can't remember how I updated all the products to have the dual priciing. I certainly didn't do it one by one in admin ( ) though I do have the field available to do it if I had to.

Yes I do have EP installed, and I guess that's what I used, but put me on a rack and I couldn't swear to it.

The situation seems to be getting weirder by the moment.

I have confirmed the "admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php" file and path are correct, file is there with required Wholesale information. I even went so far as to delete the "collect_info.php" file and the Edit/Add Product page still worked and no errors anywhere. Most odd!

Looks like I'll have to follow the logic path from the start, to find where & what file is not doing what it is supposed to for this Mod.

Did you rename the admin folder to a different name as suggested for improved security?
I did and after that tried to install the DPmod and it took me 3 day to find out that I was editing the correct file but in the wrong folder.

I have seen this question asked but I can find no answer.

I am using ZC 1.3.8a, PHP 5.2.5 EP Advanced 3.0.3 and Dual Pricing 1.4.2

Everything appears to be working OK. I can see the retail price change to wholesale when I log in as an approved customer. I have set Product Priced by Attributes in Admin / Catalog / Cats- Products.

I can not find out if it is possible to add wholesale prices with Easy Populate and how.

I have added a wholesale price manually but I can not see this price in any file downloaded with EP.

Have you run the sql patch? This module requires a mod to the database. I can't imagine that's the problem since the pages wouldn't work at all without that.

I didn't have any trouble with this mod.

As an update, I installed a "customized" version of the tax exempt module so now my WS customers aren't charged tax. I think that is a critical piece missing from this otherwise great mod.

I recall that craftzombie posted something about running EP on this. If I remember right you have to remove the comments on a few lines. Check back some pages ago... If you can't find anything please post again.
