IH2 Download Problems

I downloaded the IH2 to the appropriate folders, have the CHMOD set to 777 and when I went to my administration to see if the install worked, I clicked on the Image Handler2 icon under Tools and get a 500 internal error page that pops up.Only thing I question is the bmz_cache.Where exactly is it supposed to be located at in my files?I have it placed as a file in /catalog/includes
or should it be placed in /catalog????
I checked with my host and they do support GD libraries and Image Magick.Any help on this I would greatly appreciate.

bmz_cache goes in the root directory of your site.

You will get best support for mods/contributions by posting to a relevant thread in one of the Community Contributed Add-Ons forums. If you cannot find a thread, start a new one. For example post in Community Contributed Add-Ons - Miscellaneous and title the thread "Image Handler 2 Support".
