Changing Order Status Text

I would like to change my order status text. I need to change one of them to refunded or something like that, So that we know what orders have been refunded since the sales report doesnt calculate it.

If someone could point me in the correct dirrection to change this stuff, it would be great.

Updated 4
Partial Refund 5
Refund 6
Cancelled 7

This allows you to utilize these with Products and Downloads and still use the Downloads Controller on orders up to the point where Refund or Cancelled are used ...

how do i change them to refect those? Mine are different than that. I have

Pending 1
Processing 2
Delieverd 3
Update 4
Out For Shipping 5

how do i change them to be like the list that you gave me?

Admin - Localization > Orders Status

Enter any desired Order Status types here.

Pending (default)
Processing
Shipped
Update
Refunded
Cancelled (Ck/MO not received)

---
Admin - Modules >Payment

Then configure each payment module with order status settings.
For example for PayPal module:

Set Pending Notification Status:
Pending [1]

Set Order Status:
Processing [2]

Set Refund Order Status:
Refunded [5]

BTW I like Linda's recommendation for "Partial Refund". I think i will do that too.

OMG woody, i had no idea it was as simple as that... DAMN if i would have known that i would have changed them long ago.
