Moneris / eSelect Plus Payment Module

Actually you are 100% right. I just worked through the bugs in this module myself with tips gathered from across several threads.

My post was more out of frustration than anything else LOL.

I am going to consolidate the changes that need to be made to this module to get it to work with no mods.

I will be submitting it as an update to this module.

My transactions are going through and being processed by moneris, but the return url gives me this message:

"Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested. "

Also the order does not show up in zencart itself.

I thought I read about that in the forums when I was trying to solve something else yesterday, but can't seem to find anything about it for the life of me now.

What should my approved URL be to work with moneris?

A question for all of you using Moneris as gateway paymnent. What other solutions did you consider and what was it that led you to choose Moneris eSelect?

Do they provide a module or does the one being discussed above work?

Looking for an online payment solution myself, and looking for helpful advice.

If I had to do it again I wouldn't go with Moneris. They do NOT support Zen Cart with a module (as this thread proves) and they are tied to BMO which has other silly restrictions. (we found out too late BMO doesn't allow EMTs to commercial accounts, the only bank in Canada not to do it.)

I have another client that is with TD (Beanstream) and it was a pleasure to set up, as well as having top notch tech support and customer service.

Thanks. I decided to go with Beanstream so I can use a hopefully officially supported module. I should say though that Moneris isn't just tied to BOM. I've been with them for 4 years (offline processing till now) through the Royal Bank of Canada.

I need to implement Moneris in my customer's ZenCart, has this module been updated by Blackthorne, as mentioned in this thread in June 2010? If not, has anybody have the list of threads that includes the modifications needed to make it work?
