So even though we have it set to required, our customers can sign up without answering the Where did you hear about us? question. How can I fix this??

The "require" function in the "Customer Details" area of the admin isn't functioning! Help!

i am using v1.3.9b. I also install the mod of how_did_you_hear_about_us.
Everything working fine. But the Referral Sources always go to others and empty result.
Anybody can help?
