Order confirmation email problem

Im having a problem with customers not receiving confirmation emails too, but in my case i have notice that when a customer places a order that there name ,phone number and email address is not on their order, so i think that its not able to send emails to nobody, all the customers login before placing orders, their shipping address is on the order but thats it no email address.
