Hi, This is probably a rather obvious question, but I was wondering if you needed to do anything after installing the ups module to make it work. I have it installed in admin now, but when i test it on my actual site, I get the following. " We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown." Do I need to get something from UPS in order for this to work? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
