Where are all the Downloads?

I 'm sure there's a blatantly obvious answer to this but where are all the downloads. I cant for the life of me see them.

First my sympathies to the admins, since I too had to deal with "script kiddies" in the year. I am desparately seeking the verisign pay pro module, so if any kink soul has it please let me know. I also have server resources if that is the admin holdup and some manner of expertise as well. If I can be of help just contact me.
