Ajeh,

Is there any other necessary steps before using the reset buttons available at the Store Manager option?! Just now i had reset the order number to 0 but what happens is that i cannot checkout to confirm my order.

FYI, i dont delete any previous orders (its just a test orders anyway!). is there a bug or something???

You can only go forward, not backwards on an orders_id ...

So if you had orders_id 30 you can reset to 4000 but not to 0

Not sure what kind of damage you did going backwards like that ... never tried to force it to 0 ...

Did everything work okay before you did that nasty reset to 0 on the orders_id?

yup, everything works fine before resetting! now, i cannot checkout but im still checking either it is because the new minimum order amount mod or any other else...
