I was wondering how I would be able to offer people a chance to get a quote for me, because most users have pm and email block so that the only way that I can tell them about it is by posting, yet everytime I do I get in trouble for advertising I just want to offer my services and tell them how to get a quote, I tried listing it directly, I tried putting a link - Nepton Web Design and yet everytime I get in trouble I was just wondering how I would be able to offer my services with out "advertising" or "posting so called ads"when they will not accept pm or email, but would like services.
THIS IS A SUBJECT I NEED ADDRESSED!
