Sponsers side box rename

I have renamed the sponsers sidebox to accreditation to link to my safebuy scheme number to protect buyers, thing is my friend is using norton ad blocker and it blocks the logo, I presume its because it's in a 'banner' box. How can I get around this? Which do I rename? Please speak S-l-o-w-l-y lol cause I'm new to this!

Put the banner in a different directory than /images/banner

Try /images/zencart or /images/mystuff
