CSS flyout menu page layout issues

Can somone please give me a little hand working out why my horozontal css flyout menu comes up somwhere different (causing it to wrap & display vertically) evey visit to the page?. Any help most appreciated.

Also how can I get the normal header bar like this page to re appear at the top?

Hi Michellewardley. I checked out your site, looks great. How did you get your flyout menu for your categories to work? I am having a similar problem. My "Specials, New products, Featured Products, All products" all seem to be trying to use the flyout menu, but my actual categores aren't. Any ideas?
