    I'm not sure what you mean by 'unloaded' all files for IH. Are you asking if I uploaded all my images? I did do that, I can see all of them in my preview in the admin area, I did notice in the preview that my medium images are the same size as my small images. And before you ask, yes the actual images are different sizes :)

    I can't recall the template number right off hand but I bought it from bluegelmedia.com.

    Thanks for the help.

    P.S. I only have two of the tabs you you highlighted in your screen shot, not including the Search This Thread and Rate This Thread tabs. :)

    When you installed Image Handler, you had to upload files. So did you check to see if you uploaded all of them?

    What happen if you uninstall IH, does the main product image show?
    Admin--> Tools --> Image Handler --> Admin
    Click --> "Remove Image Handler From Database" (You are not deleting any files, so don't worry)
    While you have IH uninstalled, delete all the folders & images from the bmz-cache folder.
    What happens when you now install IH?

    Also, since you paid $$ you need to check with bluegelmedia for support as I suspect the template is the problem if all the Image Handler files was uploaded.

    BlueGel appears to be a TM affiliate if that's the case you'll need to contact TemplateMonster.com.

    And goodluck with that.
