Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

We have IH version 2.0 installed on a zencart version 1.3.6 - is there a sql patch required? The additional images are not showing on the category pages. I checked under admin/product types to edit those configs (to show additional images) and that's not even an option. I checked the sql tables, and the option isn't listed. I've searched other threads and can't seem to find an answer. If there is a sql patch required, where could I find it?

Could I get someone to walk me through the installation of this image handler. I'm really new to ZenCart, and have never dealt with an image handler before. However, I'm blind and so, obviously, images aren't my thing. So, I think this could really help the images on my site. The whole image thing is confusing to me.

What am I missing? Every so often I get all these number images as additional images for a product with only one image. How do I prevent this from happening? Not all my products will have the same number of images and deleting them one by one is time consuming.

I am using Zen Cart 1.2.6d.
Which is the latest version of Image Handler that I can use?
I downloaded Image Handler_1.0beta2 from breakmyzencart.
Is this the latest and the most suitable version available.

Thanks for being johnny on the spot with the replies. Yeah, I haven't gotten my head around how this stock multi-image thing works, but it appears I need to name them with the same suffix and put them in respctive folders named, med and lrg. This is my guess anyhow. Hopefully, your UI is money in this area and helps this grasshopper find his way. DANKE!

I Can you please help me to use IH2? I have zen cart v1.3..
I installed IH2 to my local computer and transfer that to include/my template/css. (only style_imagehover.css). I don't think I did right. Can you give me some instructions for which file goes to where?

I have a working test version of my shop. When I install the latest version of IH2 (not the one from Tim's site) I cannot see additional images on the product page, but I can see them in the IH admin pages.

I have read this thread all day (literally) and followed every suggestion on how to get these additional images to show in the product page and none solve this problem.

I note that the product pages display with one error (using Firefox) for each additional image that should have been displayed. An example follows:

If it helps, the Firefox error console has a green arrow running underneath each error, which ends up pointing to the letter "i" of images following the showtrail command.

Having tried every other solution under the sun (and now moon) to solve this problem, I can only assume that this missing bracket might be the cause.

Do any wiser owls have any suggestions please?
