customer issue Re: Image Handler 2 Support

You could also edit line 78 of includes/functions/extra_functions/functions_bmz_image_handler.php (line number may be different for you) to pass an empty string for alt:
    Code:
      return array($src, '', intval($width), intval($height), $parameters);
This way you don't have to change a lot of zen_image() calls, and you're done with one simple code change. However, the alt tag will be missing in each and every image.

I wouldn't suggest editing the includes/functions/html_output.php file since it's a core file and more likely to change in new versions of Zen-Cart and Image Handler than functions_bmz_image_handler.php.

    Cheers,

I am having this exact problem.. I have been using IH2 with 1.3.5 for over a month now without any problems and now suddenly I am getting this error and can no longer add additional previews. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi there,
I'm trying to line my additional images horizontally right underneath my product image. I've tried to adjust this through css without any luck. Any help would be appreciated.
    Here is the link.

    Error!

Unable to determine the page link!

    Function used:

    zen_href_link('', '', 'NONSSL')
This happened to me when I uploaded an image in the 'browse for large image' field, through IH. I have been uploading all my images through the 'default image' field without any problems.

Just got Image Handler up and running.

I have a product that is supposed to have a second image:
    http://216.246.55.121/~obaby/shop/in...products_id=41

in the place where the image is supposed to be, i get :
    } // endif

actually, the } // endif is on every product page...

Can someone help me get the second images back?

    Thanks, ad

First I want to say this is a great contribution to zen-cart! thank you!
    Second I have a question:
    * Will there be an option to have mouseover attribute images? The same technique as the normal images, but for the attribute images.

I don't know if it's already there, but I couldn't find it with the forum search!

    Thanks in advance!

Worked it out! Our admin had an ampersand in the image filename. Removed it and problem solved.

    Hi,
I was looking throughout this thread, but didn't find "my" concerns: I have ih2 installed on a v135 and 132, in both versions ih2 works good, except that the LARGE photos in the popup are not watermarked. Settings are all done correctly in the admin, did I miss another "little piece of something"?
    Thanks,
    jens

I have the same problem (ZC 1.3.5) with the large version not being watermarked. But only on my hosting server. My local (test) setup is working fine so I figured it must have something to do with the setup of GD. Still, small and medium images get processed just fine on both servers so it's a riddle to me. Was hoping to find a solution here but have not found it yet.

    Hello everyone,

I know that my problem has been hashed over and over but after much searching I am unable to find a "fix" for my problem. I have IH2 installed. My host has PHP compiled with GD2 libraries. I read a post saying that IH2 should work right out of the box but that is not the case with me. Here is some info...

    site: http://www.tranquillas.com

with only one image file, IH admin shows a small, medium, and large image

have tried the naming convention with xxx_MED.xxx in the main image directory and the "medium" directories... still doesn't work.

have zoom and hotzones turned on in admin/config/images

there are many more things I tried to toggle on and off but with no success at this point.

I would appreciate any help that anyone could give. So far, I am on my 3rd day trying to find an answer. Think I have read enough to qualify for posting a help message... lol

    thanks,
    -cd-

    @crabdance

You haven't actually told us what the problem is, but I'm guessing that it's that you can't get the Zoom facility to work. And I suspect that you solution will be to move your /includes/templates/template_default/jscript/jscript_imagehover.js file to your /includes/templates/classic/jscript folder.

However, the site has many, many other problems. when I submitted it for validation it came back with 327 errors, and Firefox crashed most of the times I tried to view your site.
