Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

Hello everyone! I need help. For some reason the main pictures(on the product description pages) do not show up on Internet Explorer.

Another thing is the additional pictures will open up into a blank page instead of having the fual slimbox effect. Both of these are issues with Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

We need the USUAL compliment of information that we always ask for here..

• Link to your site (specifically links DIRECTLY to the products which work correctly and links to the ones that don't)
• What are your image settings??

Any luck on my issue?

IH2 has been tested on all browsers and nigel did a LOT of hard work to ensure that the IH2 javascript is cross browser compatible.. What's going on with your site site now is probably a CSS layout issue, and not an IH2 issue.. Have you posted your question on the CSS/layout section of the forum??

Every (?) category in our store works fine with IH2 except 1. Not sure what's special about this category. All other categories' images link to the bmz_cache images but the sick category points right at the images folder - so nothing is resized. The popups work - but display correspondingly ginormous images.

Help! I've scoured the threads for this - but either it's not here or I missed some key words or something. It's late and I'm about to turn into a pumpkin.

Please PM me for URLs. I'd rather not post the store online.

I tried to post this last night - got lost. The category thing is a coincidence. I found products in other categories where some products in a category worked right and others did not.

my additional images only display if named _1, _2
but IH2 uploads as _01 _02
what file or setting do I need to change so that _01 _02 displays instead of _1, _2

I Installed a fresh zencart , a new template and image handler.
Its hoovering in the side boxes but not in the mainpage. Please help what am I doing wrong??

As always we need a link to your site and SPECIFIC PAGES where you are having issues (don't make us fish through your site..)

That said specific links to your site would help us to understand specifically (versus lobbing GUESSES) what you mean by "not in the mainpage". Post a link to this page and it will be easier (and CLEARER) what the issue is..

Its the mainpage: /index.php?main_page=index&cPath=23_24

were all the products of a categorie are listed.
Normally with my old shop if you go over the images in that page every products image is hoovering but now its only doing that in new products side box
