Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

Hi there,

I've looked through a few pages of posts and searched but can't find any info.

Has anyone been able to modify the code so that it uses the images actual name instead of the md5 hash? It would be better for SEO if it used the correct image name.

Its back to the future....

The original imagehandler created images that way using the image name and _med or _lrg.

Then a BETTER way was found using the bmz functions and the hash.
Download the older version, if you can find it for inspiration.
imo: Personally you are wasting your time as lots of improvements have been made since.

It would be better for SEO if it used the correct image name.

Lots of debate about this.

I know this is a support thread, and maybe I shouldn't post testimonials...but, I just installed IH2 on our web site, and WebPageTest shows a reduction in page size of over 60%, and performance increase of almost 40% on typical product listing pages. Easy to install, and a huge win. Many thanks.
