Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

Do this, go to your store admin/tools/image_handler/admin and click where it says Remove Image Handler from database. After that re-install it the same way. Clear your cache and see if that helps any. If not we can work on other things.

tried that, but still, the problem persists. what other things do you have in mind?

Sorry to keep asking the same question, but no one ever answers and every time I check back there are a few posts here that push my question back a few posts and make it unnoticeable.

I'm trying to figure out how to apply the IH2 maximum image size setting to the main image as opposed to just the additional images?

Just to explain again, I have all my main images uploaded at 700px wide by 1050px high. Which in hindsight is too large for most screens.

So, I set IH2 in admin to IH large image maximum width 550 and
IH large image maximum height 825.

Now, when I click on additional images, they open at the 550x825 dimensions. HOWEVER, when I click on the main product image, it is still coming up as 700x1050.

Anyone know why the additional images are obeying the IH2 admin settings, but the main image is not?

The main problem is that you don't have "ALL" of IH files uploaded.
Missing

includes/templates/pure_orange/css/style_imagehover.css

If you do upload this file you will have to undo Limelites's fix.

Your div #logo is 7 px higher than your image, hence the white space.

I checked one of my older installs of lightbox and IH2 and found that it exhibits the same behavior and thinking about it I do recall this is why we decided to upload the large images in the final size we wanted them to be displayed at. You will find that if you turn off the lightbox the large images will then display at the size you have specified. So IH2 is doing what it is supposed to but lightbox is overriding the behavior in regard to the main image.
