Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

You mean to say that additional images were visible and all of a sudden they disappeared?

I installed this onto my site www.buysmilighttubes.co.uk

And on firefox no issues it seems to work really well but on IE it shows errors

I no this has been covered and another guy was refered to a post number to resolve this but I have read the info from that post with no luck.

Can some one please explain how to fix this..

The error I get on my IE in the left had corner is;

Error PageY is null or not an object
Code 0

This is what I had reported to me. However it appears that what is happening is that some additional images are appearing, some are not.

Here is a link to a product which has one additional image showing but not all of the additional images which have been loaded in ImageHandler

I notice that the images that are not appearing are large file sizes - 1.7mb some of them.

Do they need to be resized before image handler can handle them?

I increased the size of my listing images. Now they don't show hover anymore. I think the problem is that the image that hovers has become smaller than the image that is displaced. If this is the case then please suggest how can I increase the size of the image hover so that it starts showing again.

Hover image is governed by this setting in Admin:
Configuration --> Images --> Product Info - Image Width and/or Image Height.
Personally I prefer to omit one of the settings and let IH do the resizing.

I suggest to resize them to a useful size in pxs., one that can be displayed without scrolling.
Check the file extension, always use lowercase, images ARE case-sensitive.
