does anyone have this shipping module??

i have trawled all the various posts on this subject, and have found links, but all the links are currently dead....

please please can someone help me?


i have an archive of some other mods etc, and i will be hosting these @ somepoint, so i will post links to these on here @ a later date.


am oh so desperate for this module, as my shop is so close to being finished.
