1062 Duplicate entry '2-1' for key 1

The above error message appears when I try to change meta tags for a category. I've filled all the fields, any suggestions?

Ok I solved the above by editing the database table

zen_meta_tags_categories_description VALUES('2','1','','','');

via my hosts control panel and I can now edit as normal.

Also I struggled to get the meta tags working properly (mentioned in a previous post which I can nolonger edit) and found my error was using '&' in the category names.
