The problem I'm having is if I go to Mail a gift certificate or gift certificate queue in the admin it hangs my database and i have to restart my SQL service. What can be causing this?

The question is - I have several customers that claim they have not used their gift certificates but they show as redeemed. How can I tell what order a gift certificate was used on?
