Basic installation help

I have installed the Zen Cart demo on my Plus.net's CGI site, have set permissions as per the installation document, but there are still a few problems:

1. All the images on all the web pages are blank

2. If I go to the admin page, I just get error 'No input file specified'.

Otherwise it's OK!!

I have searched the FAQ & forum but could not find anything

Note that changing the name of ncludes/.htaccess does not help.
