More Information "links"

I searched the threads and found what I thought was the answer to , making page 1 - 2 - 3 ... in the more information box be outside links, but I was unable to find the page they mention to make the changes... I searched in my editing program and on my PC could it be somewhere else other than where they say,

The file I am supposed to edit according to the thread is


includes\templates\"mytheme"\templates\tpl_more_information.php

I do not even have that path in my installation..

the closest I have is includes\templates\default_theme\templates... no tpl_more_information.php

or includes\templates\"mytheme"\ no additonal templates folder and of course no tpl_more_information.php

Please direct me in the right direction as to making outside links in the more information box...
