Hellllpppppp Time Out..!

Hi..

Whilst chanig the time off-set in Admin>My Store, I inadvertantly entered 0:0 as the time offset.. and now I cant use my admin functions... all I get is this error

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ':0 HOUR), '1', 'configuration.php', 'gID=1&', '58.163.142.40')'



Can someone pleeeease tell me how to fix....

All Fixed..

Went in cpanel>phpmyadmin> found the relevant file and edited and all fixed..
