That log has nothing to do with the package tracker. I'll hunt up v3.1.4a to see what differences could cause your issue.

I am ashamed to tell you i have 1400+ files in my logs since upgrade.
I see a lot of errors like these. I think this one may be the image handler i installed up top of other 2.1.0 plugins that i am use to using with 1.54 version.

No wonder multiple additional images in my listings aren't displaying correctly like this:

v5.0.2 of the Package Tracker is now available for download: https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=75

This release contains changes for these GitHub issues:

#25: Ensure that sidebox paths are correctly handled on an upgrade or uninstall.
#24: Corrects configuration settings' sort-orders and adds Canada Post and Royal Mail on initial install.
#23: Fedex tracking URL changed; updates required to carrier links' configuration values and descriptions.
#27: Fix loop counter in order history update (admin).

I couldn't get the last version to work with my upgraded 2.1.0.
But this one worked like a charm.
