Track Package from FedEx, UPS, Postal, DHL, etc..

I have 2 simple questions:

1. Does the Zen Cart includes in the email (sending to customer & seller) the tracking # when an order is placed (providing The Ty Tracker mod is installed)?

The tracking number is included when you send the email when you update the order with the tracking #. As long as you don't uncheck the "notify customer" they will get the email with tracking.

Yeah, but WHERE I can find the tracking number for a particular order ? IF Zen Cart does not include in email purchase confirmation, how can I find out what's the tracknig number ?

Are you shipping your own products or is another company shipping them for you, ie drop shipping? If another company is shipping them for you, you'll need to get the tracking number from them when they ship the order.

I am shipping my own products, but so far I could not test the content of an confirmation email from FEDEX and CanadaPost as I cannot make any "live" transaction...
