Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information of the cart is not showing the delivery price as an item but is only including it in the total.

is there a way to show it as a shipping/delivery item,

as a lot of my customer are thinking that shipping is free as it is not showing it as an item ! (obviously can't work out it is in their total and think that we are increasing the price of the goods after it has gone in the basket. Basically a lot of people think that intrnet traders are trying to "rip people off" as this is the way most carts work.

Also is there any way we can show shipping cost in the basket as the goods are put in the basket, rather than wait until the customer goes through the logging in or making a new account before they can see the shipping cost. We have had a customer complaint abouut this and we would like to be as transparent as possible. Not open a "can of worms", is this where purchasing without an account request come from. I am sure shipping costs have to be identified, also this could have implications on returns policy - we would have to return the shipping cost if it hasn't been identified as a "Shipping Charge"
