Help with Sub Sub Category (Categories) Layout

Hi All,

Currently I have 2 levels of sub categories within a caegory.
I would like the sub sub categories not to show on side box but to show only on the main page once the sub category is clicked on. Does any one know how to do this.
Here is an example of what I am trying to acheive:

Go to Soft Plastics then Worms.
I know this then pass through the products but I want to acheive the same but with a sub sub categoy.

There is a setting in the Layout settings for:

Categories - Always Open to Show SubCategories
Always Show Categories and SubCategories
0= off, just show Top Categories
1= on, Always show Categories and SubCategories when selected
