Is there a way for visitors to my website to order without having to register or log in?

This function is not available at this time. You can alter the text for register & or login to make it less intrusive, bottom line you will need most of the information to be able to ship them their purchase anyway.

You can also use the admin >cinfig > customer details to limit certian items that you do not feel are pertinent.
