FedEx Shipping Labels

Getting Error: Could not find a FedEx account number. Is FedEx RealTime Quotes installed and configured?

When I hit the submit button to create the lable....

Any ideas?

Also, I am still getting the error message: "The server address could not be found" when I hit the edit order button prior to attempting to create the lable.

Once I get these 2 issues knocked out, I believe this mod might work for us.

After looking at orders.php, I found this:


line #533 : $value_query = "select configuration_value from zen_configuration where configuration_key = 'MODULE_SHIPPING_FEDEX1_SERVER'";


I dont have an entry in my zen_configuration table that has: 'MODULE_SHIPPING_FEDEX1_SERVER'

Did I miss something?

Are you refering the the Fedex Module from Merlin?
I do have Merlins fedex mod working.
That mod doesn't have a mysql schema update though.
Where does this sql schema come from?

uh, did everyone take a break or what? I know Jennifer isn't back yet to answer questions but y'all have left me hanging. My admin says The server address could not be found

Yes, I have a working fedex module installed and I have uploaded the sql that came with the label mod.

FEDEX sent me an email on the 7th so I should have been added to the production server by now.

Anybody got any answers?

well, as usual, I can answer my own question. On my cpanel account, all my zen tables are prefixed with zen_ . The original label files do not have this. In shipping manifest, change lines 24 and 172 from shipping_manifest to " . TABLE_SHIPPING_MANIFEST . ". Then make sure line 18 of the fedex_shipping_database_table.php reflects the actual name of your shipping manifest table.

Also, I had to change a variety of config keys that were fedex1 ( as in MODULE_SHIPPING_FEDEX1_SERVER) to fedex_express_server since this cart is only shipping express and not ground. I don't know if the fedex1 works or not if you have more options for your shippers.

Once I got done all the errors went away and I have a shipping manifest that lists the one package that is to be shipped.

If we have any problems with the production server, I'll let you know. This was just on the test server.

I am still stuck at the same spot I was before. Haven't been able to see if it works yet.

I am going to use Crimson editor and see if I can solve my problem. So many of you have installed it already that I've got to be doing something dumb.

delia - i had the same exact issue as you. I am also using Cpanel and running newest version of ZenCart. Can you let me know exactly what you did to correct?

Can you please write something up or supply the corrected code for cpanel servers? I am having the same issue.

Okay now I'm so frustrated with this it's not funny. I don't understand. Do I have a bizarre copy of admin/orders.php???? None of what's in her install text is in my php file the way she says it should be. Lines of code sort of like it are there and sometimes really small excerpts of code come up when I use the Find feature but not the whole section. Nothing matches exactly what she wrote enough for me to know that's where to place the new code. I've used Dreamweaver8 and now CrimsonEditor.


I'm using the orders.php from the newest version of Zencart.

Can anyone help me out?
