Help!!

Hi hope someone can help.

I have set up zencart with the protx payment module, testing...all worked fine.
Switched over to live, everything appeared to be fine, I tested it and had no problems.
She has no got her first customer and they get as far as protx's payment page, they enter their card details, when they click confirm order on protx, they get the zencart time out page. The money has gone from their card, but zencart has no clue!

Help, this client is driving me nuts!

i have the similar problem using another payment called multicards,
but this only happens when using automatically return, try manually return, maybe working.

i really don't like the function zen cart not creating an order if meets time out problem or customer doesn't click continue,(this always happens) dash it!
