i have tried everything:
logged in/out
que/no que
wax on/off

searched high and low the wiki, faq, and forum.

no matter what i do, there is no redemption CODE and no LINK to the store in the email the customer gets after purchasing a gift certificate.

it is something i am not doing properly? i cannot figure this out.

maybe i still don't understand the Remption Code process, but shouldn't there be a redeem # in case the customer wants to print out the email and give it as a gift in an envelope or something?
