Depending upon which version of CCGV you have installed they can then:
1. Go to their Shopping Cart (when logged in) and go to GV Send. From there they can email the Gift Voucher (all or part of it) to someone else, along with a personal message.
2. With a small modification to CCGV they can also go to their Account page and send it from there.
